The Charles Street Promenade, a pedestrian takeover/non-festival, will take place again this year in Station North. Events and attractions will be up all day long, and you can find information here: https://charlesstreetpromenade.com/

We've teamed up with the fine folks of the Charles Street Promenade to host an outdoor swing dance from 4-9pm. We are *super* lucky to have Sally Baby, one of New Orleans' finest, in town to play a live show of jazz, blues, and RnB. The schedule is as follows:

4-4:30pm - DJed music and hanging out
4:30-5pm - Beginner swing dance lesson (no partner or experience required)
5-9pm - Sally Baby Live
First band break (6ish?) - Shim Sham Line Dance Lesson
Second band break (7ish?) - Latecomers Beginner swing dance lesson (no partner or experience required)

This event is FREE and open to the public. Be there! Please note that it is in Station North at N Charles and W Lafayette (not at the Ballroom!).
