The Mobtown Ballroom annual Lindy Hop recital is one of our favorite events. Covid has prevented us from having a recital since 2019, but we are back! Start choreographing.

For those who have never been, the Mobtown Lindy Hop Recital is just what it sounds like. Much like a children's recital, this is an opportunity for our students, teachers, and dancers of all levels to perform and show off what they've been working on in an encouraging, hilarious, and low-stakes environment. Our Lindy Hop students will learn and perform choreography made by their instructors, and groups and individuals can perform original pieces. It's also a great chance for those not in our classes to see what's going on in the Ballroom. Show up, watch your friends and family dance, encourage them with obscene amounts of cheering, and have a drink. After the recital we will play some tunes (swing or otherwise; wherever the night takes us) and hang out.
