September marks 13 years since a couple of scrappy kids in their mid twenties gathered volunteers to build one of the best dance floors in the country and started the Mobtown Ballroom in Pigtown. Since 2011 we’ve had countless events, opened the bar, and now moved to Station North and added a cafe. We’re incredibly proud of both what we’ve pulled off and of the community we’ve all built, and we are excited to celebrate with you.

Schedule:

• 7:30-9pm - Doors Open, Happy Hour

• 9pm-12am - Live music by the incredible Chelsea Reed and the Fair Weather Band

• Band Breaks - The Intergalactic Lindy Hop Championships (Details here)

• 12:30-3am - Live music by Baltimore's own Jon Tigert and the Corner Pocket Jazz Band

REGISTRATION OPENS AT 7PM ON FRIDAY, AUGUST 23rd. This event WILL sell out, so please don’t take your time getting your tickets. We won’t be able to make exceptions once the event is sold out (looking at you, friends of the staff who like to ask at the last minute).
