Lindy Hop One: Wednesdays 5/16 through 6/20. 7:30-8:30.
This class will launch you into the disturbingly awesome world of Lindy Hop. We cover all he basic moves and concepts that build up to the fancier aspects of the dance. We encourage you to take this class with Swing in order to get a jump on incorporating a variety of timings into your dancing.
Lindy Hop One: Fridays: 5/18 through 6/22. 7:00-8:00.
Same as the Wednesday class, but, as you may have guessed, offered on Fridays for maximum Lindy-Hopping opportunities.
Lindy Hop Two: Wednesdays 5/16 through 6/20. 8:30-9:30.
If you’ve taken at least one round of the beginner class, you’re qualified to move up. This class is going to employ some extreme connection techniques to give you access to moves you never thought possible. You better eat your Wheaties. You can pair this class with Lindy Hop 3 with instructor permission.
Lindy Hop Three: Wednesdays 5/16 through 6/20. 9:30-10:30. Quality of Movement
In this special edition of Lindy 3, Nina and Michael will approach a subject they’ve been wanting to cover for a long time. What separates competent from excellent dancers is not the complexity of their moves, but the quality of their movement. In this class, the students will pushed to make their dancing look and feel much better. We are going to take video of each student and review it with them, in an effort to pare down extraneous motion and polish each student’s rhythm, timing, and general aesthetic.
Salsa One: Thursdays 5/17 through 6/21. 6:00-7:00.
Tabitha Holliday takes you through the basic technique of one of the world’s sexiest dances. By the end of the class you will have enough moves and tricks up your sleeve to dance all night and move up to Salsa 2.
Salsa Two: Thursdays 5/17 through 6/21. 7:00-8:00.
This is our beginning/intermediate class and it picks up where Salsa One leaves off. If you have a little bit of salsa experience but need to brush up, or if you are a complete beginner, this is the perfect class for you.
Cuban Salsa/Salsa Rueda 1: Sundays 5/13 through 6/17. 5:00-6:00.
Cuban-style Salsa is a beautiful and lively form of Salsa dancing.  It was featured in the movie “Dance With Me” starring Vanessa Williams. Cuban Salsa moves can be done by a couple dancing one on one, or by a group of couples in a circle, with frequent partner exchanges so everyone dances with everyone else.  Cuban Salsa classes blend the fun of dancing with the spirit of a team sport! This is our beginning Rueda class, taught by Barbara Bernstein. Barbara is renowned for her friendliness and commitment to her students. Taught concurrently with Tabitha Holliday’s classes.
Cuban Salsa/Salsa Rueda 2: Sundays 5/13 through 6/17. 6:00-7:00.
This is our intermediate cuban salsa class and it has an emphasis on preparing for performance. Taught by Barbara Bernstein.
Belly Dance 1: Drills Tuesdays 5/15 through 6/19.  7:00-8:00.
World famous dancer Nina Gilkenson teaches you to Belly Dance from the ground up, and she goes through the basics with a mixture of all the styles. No experience is required. This class is designed to take you through the variety of belly dance moves, train your muscles, and build the necessary strength. We suggest you show up slightly early to warm up.
Belly Dance 2: Routine Tuesdays 5/15 through 6/19.  8:00-9:00.
In this class Nina prepares the students who have completed Belly Dance 1 at least once for eventual performance. The class consists of a routine or series of routines that the students learn and fine-tune. As with Belly Dance 1, students are encouraged to show up early and warm up.
Aerial Fabrics: There will be no aerial classes in the May/June session. Our teacher, the fabulous Ms. Kelly Jo Stull will be taking a brief and well-deserved vacation in France.

Drop-in Lessons: Every Monday and Friday from 8-9 p.m., we teach a swing dance lesson for complete beginners. You don’t have to register — just drop in and give it a try. We teach basics and one or two different moves every week, so returning students get something new. The price is $5.
